The invention relates to a miniature expandable space target universal bionic capturing device, and belongs to the field of on-orbit service and space debris slowing down. Comprising four adhesion claw modules, a center module, four volute spiral springs, an unlocking module and a control module. The four adhesion claw modules are installed at the four corners of the upper surface of the center module respectively. Each adhesion claw module is connected with the central module through one volute spiral spring; the control module is installed in an inner cavity of the center module. The unlocking module is arranged in an inner cavity of the central module; unlocking of the four adhesion claw modules in the folded state is achieved through the unlocking module; the volute spiral springs drive the corresponding adhesion claw modules to unfold; the control module controls unlocking of the unlocking module; under the requirements of limited volume, weight and power consumption, captured kinematics and dynamics adaptation boundaries are greatly increased, the motion control precision requirement of the service spacecraft in the target capturing process is reduced, and the capturing reliability is improved.

    本发明涉及一种微型可展开式空间目标通用化仿生捕获装置,属于在轨服务、空间碎片减缓领域;包括4个黏附爪模块、中心模块、4个涡卷弹簧、解锁模块和控制模块;4个黏附爪模块分别安装在中心模块上表面的四角处;每个黏附爪模块通过1个涡卷弹簧与中心模块连接;控制模块安装在中心模块的内腔中;解锁模块设置在中心模块的内腔中;通过解锁模块实现对收拢状态下4个黏附爪模块的解锁;通过涡卷弹簧驱动对应黏附爪模块展开;控制模块控制解锁模块的解锁;本发明实现在有限的体积、重量、功耗要求下,大幅增加捕获的运动学、动力学适应边界,降低服务航天器在目标捕获过程的运动控制精度要求,提升捕获可靠性。
