Through the design of the telescopic boom structure and the hydraulic winch, the telescopic boom can adapt to various scenes such as sea rescue and oil field operation, and the functions are more comprehensive; a hydraulic driving and slewing bearing structure is adopted, 360-degree slewing and variable amplitude operation of the hoisting crane is achieved, and the flexibility and accuracy of operation are improved; and an emergency rotation pull rod, an emergency lowering pull rod and an emergency hand pump are arranged, so that manual operation can still be performed when a hydraulic system fails, and the safety and reliability of the equipment are improved.
