The invention relates to a telescopic anti-swing structure of a hoisting mechanism of a crane. The telescopic anti-swing structure is characterized in that a running trolley assembly, the hoisting mechanism, a lifting device, a telescopic device and a lifting load lifting appliance are included; the hoisting mechanism is fixedly arranged on the running trolley assembly; the upper end and the lower end of the telescopic device are fixedly arranged on the running trolley assembly and the lifting load lifting appliance; the lifting device is connected with the hoisting mechanism; the lifting load lifting appliance is connected with the lifting device; and the hoisting mechanism is driven by a drive device to drive the lifting device, the lifting load lifting appliance and a telescopic device assembly to ascend and descend. According to the technical scheme, in the ascending and descending process of the hoisting mechanism, the telescopic device of a rigid structure ascends and descends simultaneously along with a lifting device assembly with a flexible steel wire rope, and a lifting load is prevented from swinging. In addition, the locating precision in the lifting direction is improved, and potential safety hazards caused by swing are eliminated. Modular design and manufacturing are facilitated, and the application field of the crane is widened.
