The invention discloses a tension leg single point mooring type floating fan platform. The floating body is located on the water surface and used for carrying a wind power generation device, and the tension leg mechanism is located under the water surface. The upper portion of the tension leg mechanism is movably connected with the floating body, and the lower portion of the tension leg mechanism is movably connected with an anchoring point underwater. When the floating body generates an upward or downward displacement trend under the action of wind and wave external force, the tension legs generate tension balance in the opposite direction on the floating body; when the floating body moves upwards, the tension legs are tensioned to prevent the rising height of the floating body, and when the floating body moves downwards, the tension of the tension legs resists the sinking amplitude of the floating body. The wind turbine platform has a multi-angle or multi-dimensional rotating function in the marine environment, the posture of the floating body can be dynamically adjusted according to the comprehensive load direction of wind, waves and flow, the balance direction is precisely matched with the floating body, and the platform can effectively capture wind energy and convert the wind energy into electric energy in the complex marine environment; and the adverse effect of external force on the stability and safety of the whole platform is effectively reduced.

    本发明公开了一种张力腿单点系泊式浮式风机平台;包括位于水面上用于搭载风力发电装置的浮体和水面下的张力腿机构;张力腿机构上部与浮体活动连接,张力腿机构下部与位于水底的锚固点活动相连;当浮体受风浪外力作用产生向上或向下位移趋势时,张力腿对浮体产生相反方向的拉力平衡;即浮体向上运动时,张力腿拉紧阻止浮体的上升高度,向下运动时,张力腿张力抵抗浮体的下沉幅度。本发明风机平台在海洋环境中,具备多角度或多维度的旋转功能可依据风、浪、流的综合荷载方向动态调整浮体自身姿态,使平衡方向与之精准契合,不仅使平台在复杂海洋环境中能有效捕获风能并转化为电能,而且有效降低外力对整个平台稳定性与安全性造成的不利影响。
