The invention relates to a single-point mooring tension-variable self-balancing wind power floating platform which comprises a central tower column, a rigid frame, a plurality of buoys, a lower balancing stand column, an inhaul cable system and an anchoring system. The central tower column is vertically arranged on the rigid frame, the buoys provide buoyancy for the rigid frame, and the lower balancing stand column is arranged on the lower balancing stand column; the inhaul cable system comprises an upper circumferential inhaul cable and a lower circumferential inhaul cable, the upper circumferential inhaul cable and the lower circumferential inhaul cable correspond to each other and are mutually balanced, the anchoring system comprises a base, a balance weight damping anchor, a limiting rod and a variable tension mooring cable, the limiting rod is fixedly connected with the base, the limiting rod is movably sleeved with the balance weight damping anchor, and the variable tension mooring cable is fixedly connected with the base. The upper end of the tension-variable mooring rope is connected to the lower balance stand column, and the lower end of the tension-variable mooring rope is connected to the counterweight damping anchor. The floating platform has the advantages that heaving motion of the floating platform under the normal working condition can be restrained, and stability and safety of the platform are remarkably improved.
