The low-speed cargo carrying chassis structure comprises a vehicle body, a rear plate spring suspension, a front suspension Macpherson suspension, a lower swing arm, a front sliding column assembly with a steering knuckle, an auxiliary frame and a rear axle assembly, the front sliding column assembly with the steering knuckle and the auxiliary frame are connected through the lower swing arm, and the rear plate spring suspension is installed on the rear axle assembly through a support structure. And the rear plate spring suspension is positioned above the rear axle assembly to form an upper structure. A vacuum booster is replaced by a brake master cylinder with a liquid storage pot assembly, an electric tubular column is replaced by a mechanical steering tubular column, low-rolling-resistance tires are adopted, a rear suspension plate spring is of an upper structure, a lower pressing plate is reduced, an auxiliary frame is welded through a circular tubular beam, a lower swing arm process is a stamping mode instead of a casting mode, and the weight of the whole vehicle is reduced; according to the technical scheme, the endurance mileage of the vehicle is increased while the cost is reduced, and the cost of the chassis of the vehicle is maximized under the condition that the braking and operation stability of the vehicle are guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种低速载货底盘结构,包括车身、后板簧悬架、前悬麦弗逊悬架、下摆臂、前滑柱带转向节总成、副车架以及后桥总成,所述前滑柱带转向节总成和副车架之间通过下摆臂相连,所述后板簧悬架通过支座结构安装在后桥总成上,后板簧悬架位于后桥总成上方形成上置结构。用制动主缸带储液壶总成代替真空助力器,机械转向管柱代替电动管柱及采用低滚阻轮胎、后悬板簧采用上置结构,减少下压板,副车架采用圆管梁焊接,下摆臂工艺由冲压代替铸造方式,降低整车重量,使成本降低的同时提升了车辆续航里程等技术方案,在保障车辆制动和操稳性能下,使车辆底盘成本达到极致。
