In the design, radiation radial magnetization is selected as a magnetic steel magnetizing scheme, and compared with axial magnetization, effective magnetic flux and motor output can be increased on the thrust density of unit volume; in the aspect of energy consumption, current and copper consumption of a primary coil can be reduced; and the influence of magnetic leakage of a main magnetic field on the damper can be isolated, and the actual use condition is better met.
本发明公开了一种混合式悬架作动器用管状直线电机,涉及汽车悬架的技术领域,包括活塞缸体、活塞杆体和磁流变阻尼器,活塞缸体内壁绕设有三相绕组线圈,活塞杆体与活塞缸体滑动配合连接,活塞杆体外侧固定设置有若干个环形磁钢,且环形磁钢沿活塞杆体轴向排布,相邻环形磁钢的极性相反,三相绕组线圈与环形磁钢呈辐射径向排布,磁流变阻尼器的一端与活塞缸体固定连接,磁流变阻尼器的另一端与活塞杆体滑动配合连接。在该设计中,磁钢充磁方案选用辐射径向充磁,相比轴向充磁,在单位体积推力密度上,可增大有效磁通与电机出力;能耗方面,能降低初级线圈电流与铜耗;还可隔绝主磁场漏磁对阻尼器的影响,更契合实际使用状况。
