The invention belongs to the technical field of vehicle dynamics, and discloses a linear motor energy feedback type active suspension actuator and a control method thereof.The actuator comprises an upper mounting part and a lower mounting part, the upper mounting part comprises an upper outer-layer sleeve and an upper inner-layer sleeve which are concentrically arranged, and the lower mounting part comprises a lower sleeve and a guide column; the upper outer sleeve and the upper inner sleeve can respectively penetrate into the space between the upper outer sleeve and the upper inner sleeve and into the upper inner sleeve; outer-layer annular electromagnets and inner-layer annular electromagnets which are in one-to-one correspondence are arranged on the inner surface of the upper outer-layer sleeve and the outer surface of the upper inner-layer sleeve respectively, a plurality of permanent magnet rings are correspondingly arranged on the lower sleeve and can be matched with the outer-layer annular electromagnets and/or the inner-layer annular electromagnets, and the permanent magnet rings can be matched with the outer-layer annular electromagnets and/or the inner-layer annular electromagnets according to the direction of current in the outer-layer annular electromagnets and/or the inner-layer annular electromagnets. And the lower mounting part can be controlled to move in the upper mounting part. When the outer-layer or inner-layer annular electromagnet breaks down, the supporting effect can still be achieved.

    本发明属于车辆动力学技术领域,公开了一种直线电机馈能式主动悬架作动器及其控制方法,所述作动器包括上安装部和下安装部,所述上安装部包括同心设置的上外层套筒和上内层套筒,所述下安装部包括下套筒和导向柱,分别能够深入上外层套筒和上内层套筒之间,和上内层套筒中;上外层套筒的内表面和上内层套筒的外表面分别设置一一对应的外层环形电磁体和内层环形电磁体,下套筒上相对应的设有多个永磁环,能够与外层和/或内层环形电磁体相配合,通过对外层和/或内层环形电磁体内电流的方向,能够控制下安装部在上安装部内运动。本发明能够在外层或内层环形电磁体发生故障时,仍起到支撑作用。
