The invention relates to four-point synchronous lifting equipment and a working method thereof. The device comprises a main body device, a platform device, a lifting support device and a lifting control device, the main body device comprises a base, a main supporting piece and a main bracket; the platform device comprises a platform, a platform support and a platform supporting piece. The lifting supporting device comprises a motor, a speed reducer and a lifting hook and is used for supporting and fixing a lifted component. The lifting control device comprises a lifting cylinder, a chain, a chain wheel and a guide rail and is used for controlling lifting of the platform. The four-point synchronous elevator is used for mounting and dismounting a component which is composed of multiple components and needs to be lifted and mounted, and the lifted component is fixed through a motor, a speed reducer and a lifting hook. Compared with the prior art, the four-point synchronous lifting device has the advantages that four-point synchronous lifting is achieved, efficiency is improved, the flexibility degree is high, installation is accurate, and disassembly and assembly are easy.
