The invention relates to the technical field of hoisting operation, and discloses an electric four-drive synchronous control method and system for a double-hoisting-point crane, and the method comprises the following steps: S1, firstly electrifying the whole crane, operating a running mechanism selection button on a crane operation table, selecting a hoisting point operation mode, and operating a hoisting point operation mode; the system judges whether lifting point synchronous detection is started or not according to the lifting point operation mode; s2, the system generates different frequency converter speed words according to the selected hoisting point operation mode and sends signals to frequency converters of the corresponding hoisting mechanisms through signal cables, the frequency converters control hoisting motors of the hoisting mechanisms according to the different speed words after receiving instructions, and the crane operates according to the preset hoisting point operation mode; and S3, the system judges whether deviation rectification control is started or not according to the synchronous detection result, and electric synchronous control of the crane in different lifting point operation modes is achieved.

    本发明涉及起吊作业技术领域,公开了一种双吊点起重机电气四驱动同步控制方法和系统,所述方法包括以下步骤:步骤S1.首先给起重机整体上电,操作起重机操作台上的运行机构选择按钮,选择吊点作业模式,系统根据吊点作业模式判断是否启动吊点同步检测;步骤S2.系统根据选择的吊点作业模式,生成不同的变频器速度字并通过信号电缆将信号发送至对应起升机构的变频器中,变频器接受指令后根据不同的速度字控制起升机构的起升电机,起重机按照预设的吊点作业模式作业;步骤S3.系统根据同步检测结果,判断是否启动纠偏控制,实现起重机不同吊点作业模式下的电气同步控制。
