The invention provides a double-crane lifting method. The double-crane lifting method comprises the steps that the gravity center position of a to-be-lifted structural part, the first horizontal distance between the lifting point of a first crane and the gravity center position and the second horizontal distance between the lifting point of a second crane and the gravity center position are determined; determining a first hoisting force of the first crane and a second hoisting force of the second crane according to the weight of the to-be-hoisted structural member, the first horizontal distance and the second horizontal distance; according to the first lifting force and the second lifting force, the first crane and the second crane which are matched with the rated lifting capacity are selected; and the two lifting points of the to-be-lifted structural part are bound through a steel wire rope, and double-crane lifting is conducted through the first crane and the second crane. By means of the double-machine-table hoisting device, double-machine-table hoisting operation can be achieved through the two cranes different in hoisting capacity, trial hoisting is not needed, and the double-machine-table hoisting device can be suitable for hoisting operation of heavy structural parts.
本发明提供一种双机抬吊吊装方法,包括:确定待吊装结构件的重心位置、第一吊车的吊点与所述重心位置之间的第一水平距离,以及第二吊车的吊点与所述重心位置之间的第二水平距离;根据所述待吊装结构件的重量、所述第一水平距离和所述第二水平距离,确定所述第一吊车的第一吊力和所述第二吊车的第二吊力;根据所述第一吊力和所述第二吊力选择额定起重量相适配的所述第一吊车和第二吊车;通过钢丝绳对所述待吊装结构件的两个吊点进行绑定,并通过所述第一吊车和所述第二吊车进行双机抬吊。利用上述发明能够通过起重量不同的两个吊车实现双机台吊作业,不用试吊,可适用于重量较大的结构件吊装作业中。
