The invention relates to the field of bionic underwater robots, in particular to a bionic octopus underwater robot and an underwater advancing method thereof. The bionic octopus robot comprises a head part, a driving system, a plugging module part and a tentacle part. The bionic octopus robot adopts a hybrid propulsion mode, including a propeller propulsion mode, an underwater gliding swimming mode and a jellyfish swimming mode; the underwater robot is essentially designed based on submarine oil and gas pipeline plugging, and the tentacle part can surround and hold pipelines of different sizes and models. The plugging device is poured into the leakage position of the pipeline in a high-pressure grouting mode, and plugging is conducted through the hydraulic device by means of the plugging suction cup. The bionic octopus plugging robot can replace constructors to enter a pipeline for emergency plugging operation, and has the advantages of being rapid in operation, high in efficiency, safe, reliable, high in adaptability and low in application cost.
本发明涉及仿生水下机器人领域,具体涉及一种仿生章鱼水下机器人及其水下行进方法。该仿生章鱼机器人包括头部部分、驱动系统、封堵模块部分、以及触手部分。该仿生章鱼机器人采用混合推进方式,包括螺旋桨推进方式、水下滑翔游动方式、水母式游动方式;本质上是一种基于海底油气管道封堵设计的水下机器人,触手部分可以对不同尺寸型号的管道进行环绕抱管。封堵装置通过高压注浆的方式灌入管道泄露处,且通过液压装置利用封堵吸盘进行封堵。本发明中的仿生章鱼封堵机器人可以代替施工人员进入管道进行应急封堵作业,具有作业快速,效率高,安全可靠,适应性强,应用成本低的特点。
