The invention discloses a running starting control method of a reach forklift, which comprises the following steps of: detecting a voltage signal of a running accelerator of the forklift, judging whether a driver has an acceleration intention or not according to the voltage signal, and if so, monitoring a forward switch and a backward switch of the forklift; according to the collected forward switching value signal and the collected backward switching value signal, it is judged that the forklift is in driving wheel side driving or bearing wheel side driving during driving starting; the corresponding rotating speeds of a forklift traction motor and a forklift bearing wheel are obtained in real time, and the linear speed ratio K of the corresponding driving wheel to the bearing wheel is calculated; according to the linear speed ratio K and the driving state, whether the driving wheel is in a slipping state or not is judged, and if yes, the starting torque of the traction motor is reduced, so that the driving wheel does not slip. According to the invention, the accuracy and convenience of driving and starting of the forklift can be improved, and the running safety of the forklift is improved.
本发明公开了一种前移式叉车的行驶起步控制方法,包括:通过检测叉车行驶加速器的电压信号,并根据所述电压信号判断驾驶员是否有加速意图,如果有,则监测叉车的前进开关和后退开关;根据采集到的前进开关量信号和后退开关量信号,判断出叉车行驶起步处于驱动轮侧行驶或承载轮侧行驶;实时获取叉车牵引电机及叉车承载轮对应的转速,并计算得到相应的驱动轮与承载轮的线速度比值K;根据线速度比值K及行驶状态,判断驱动轮是否处于打滑状态,如果是,则降低牵引电机起步扭矩,以使驱动轮不打滑。本发明能提高叉车行驶起步的精准性和便捷性,增加叉车运行的安全性。
