The invention relates to the technical field of solar wing sailboards, in particular to a solar wing sailboard system and an unfolding method and a manufacturing method thereof. Comprising a plurality of standard single-module substrates, and the single-module substrates achieve assembly of sailboards of different structural forms through substrate connecting blocks; output of the driving hinge and the driving motor is transmitted to the main female hinge through the gear transmission assembly, and the encoder assembly serves as a motion parameter detection device and can transmit the hinge unfolding angle to an upper computer system. According to the solar wing sailboard system, the standard modular design is adopted in the solar wing sailboard system, and a complete solar wing sailboard is formed by assembling a plurality of single module substrates. The modular design not only simplifies the production process, but also realizes batch production and cost control, and reduces the manufacturing cost. Due to the modular design, the size and the power configuration of the sailboard can be flexibly adjusted according to actual requirements, and the adaptability and the expandability of the system are improved.
