The invention discloses a multi-fold sailboard unfolding experimental test device and test method for a spacecraft, relates to the technical field of aerospace, and aims to solve the problem that a series of ground tests are needed for unfolding a satellite solar cell sailboard and unfolding a satellite sailboard after satellite launch and satellite-rocket separation are completed. Simulation is achieved through collection of parameters, however, the sky environment change is large, an existing experiment testing device is poor in scene simulation, the complex space environment is simulated through pressure testing, in the pressure testing process, connection points of a sailboard body and a satellite body are stressed through traction at different angles, and therefore the space environment is simulated. The acceleration of the satellite body is carried out, so that the satellite body is in the motion state, the state of the sailboard body is monitored, the test is carried out in the acceleration state, the test can obtain a more excellent effect, the simulation effect is more excellent, and the later fault existence rate is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种航天器用多折帆板展开实验测试装置及测试方法,涉及航空航天技术领域,在卫星发射星箭分离完成后,卫星太阳能电池帆板展开,卫星帆板展开需要一系列地面测试,现有的实验测试装置通过物理模型的建立,参数的采集来实现模拟,但是天空环境变化较大,现有的实验测试装置对场景模拟较差,本发明通过压力测试来模拟太空复杂的环境,其中压力测试中,通过不同角度的牵引使得帆板本体和卫星本体的连接点进行受力,通过对卫星本体进行加速度,使得卫星本体处于运动状态下,进而对帆板本体的状态进行监测,在加速度的状态下进行测试,测试可以得到更加优异的效果,模拟效果也更加的优异,降低后期的故障存在率。
