Effective mechanical limiting structures are designed for the azimuth rotating mechanism and the pitching rotating mechanism, and normal work of equipment is guaranteed. According to the azimuth rotating mechanism, the driving assembly, the angle measuring assembly and the middle stand column are symmetrically installed, the driving assembly drives an azimuth shaft system and the angle measuring assembly to work in the transmission mode of a driving small gear, a middle large gear and a driven small gear, the transmission efficiency is high, and a large wiring space is reserved in the middle of the whole sailboard driving mechanism.
本发明属于航天器太阳翼帆板驱动技术领域,提供一种新型帆板驱动机构,其包括方位转动机构以及对称安装在方位转动机构两侧的俯仰转动机构。本发明采用一个方位轴,两个俯仰轴的结构形式,两个俯仰轴运动机构对称分布在方位轴运动机构两侧,能够在驱动太阳翼帆板转动的前提下,实现整星载荷上舱、下舱之间的连接,保持整星主体结构的相对固定。方位转动机构、俯仰转动机构均设计了有效的机械限位结构,保证了设备的正常工作。方位转动机构采用驱动组件、测角组件与中间立柱对称的安装方式,驱动组件通过主动小齿轮→中间大齿轮→被动小齿轮的传动方式带动方位轴系及测角组件工作,不仅传动效率高,而且使整个帆板驱动机构中间留有极大的走线空间。
