The invention relates to the technical field of magnesium alloy surface treatment, in particular to a treatment process for a magnesium alloy surface composite ceramic film layer, a corresponding magnesium alloy and application. The treatment process comprises the following treatment steps that a to-be-treated workpiece is pretreated; preparing a mixed electrolytic solution containing silicon nitride nanoparticles; the workpiece is placed in the mixed electrolytic solution, plasma electrolytic oxidation treatment is carried out with the workpiece as an anode and stainless steel as a cathode, and a composite ceramic film layer is formed on the surface of the workpiece; by forming the composite ceramic layer containing the silicon nitride nanoparticles on the surface of the magnesium alloy workpiece, the friction resistance of the magnesium alloy is improved, under the synergistic effect of sodium fluosilicate in the mixed electrolytic solution, the corrosion resistance of the magnesium alloy is greatly improved, and the application stability of the magnesium alloy in a severe environment is improved.

    本发明涉及镁合金表面处理技术领域,具体为一种镁合金表面复合陶瓷膜层的处理工艺、对应镁合金及应用;处理工艺包括以下处理步骤:对待处理工件进行预处理;制备含有氮化硅纳米颗粒的混合电解溶液;将工件置于混合电解溶液中,以工件为阳极,以不锈钢材为阴极进行等离子体电解氧化处理,以在工件表面形成复合陶瓷膜层;通过在镁合金工件表面形成含有氮化硅纳米颗粒的复合陶瓷层,提高镁合金的耐摩擦以及在混合电解溶液中氟硅酸钠的协同作用下,极大提高了镁合金的耐腐蚀性能,增加镁合金在恶劣环境下应用的稳定性。
