The invention relates to a new energy automobile driving range estimation method based on data driving, and belongs to the technical field of batteries. The method comprises the following steps: collecting operation data of a new energy vehicle of a corresponding vehicle type, and establishing a new energy vehicle operation database; establishing an estimation model based on the charging data and a data enhancement technology, and calculating the current available total capacity of the vehicle according to an estimation result and an ampere integral method; based on a Pearson correlation coefficient index, extracting a charging feature set and a driving feature set which have correlation with the driving mileage from the driving mileage estimation feature set; and constructing a driving range estimation model based on XGBoost according to the selected charging feature set and the driving feature set, and estimating the driving range through the driving range estimation model. The current available total energy of the battery is calculated by using the historical operation data of the vehicle, the influence of battery aging on the driving range is effectively considered, the characteristics are extracted from the battery state and the driving behavior, and the actual condition of vehicle operation is comprehensively reflected.

    本发明涉及一种基于数据驱动的新能源汽车续驶里程估计方法,属于电池技术领域。该方法包括:收集对应车型的新能源汽车的运行数据,建立新能源汽车运行数据库;基于充电数据与数据增强技术建立估计模型,根据估计结果和安培积分方法计算车辆当前可用总容量;基于Pearson相关系数指标从续驶里程估计特征集中提取与续航里程具有相关性的充电特征集和行驶特征集;根据选定的充电特征集与行驶特征集,基于XGBoost构建续驶里程估计模型,通过续驶里程估计模型进行续驶里程估计。本发明利用车辆历史运行数据计算出电池当前可用总能量,有效考虑电池老化对续驶里程的影响,从电池状态和驾驶行为提取特征,全面反映车辆运行的实际状况。
