The invention provides an energy recovery method, a vehicle and a storage medium, the method is applied to the technical field of vehicles, and the method comprises the steps that under the condition that the vehicle needs to conduct braking energy recovery, the maximum recovery torque of the vehicle is determined; wherein the maximum recovery torque is the maximum torque of energy recovery allowed by the vehicle; according to the actual vehicle speed of the vehicle, the target torque of vehicle sliding energy recovery is determined, the target torque of vehicle sliding energy recovery is subtracted from the maximum recovery torque, and the target torque of braking energy recovery is obtained; and according to the target torque for braking energy recovery, braking energy recovery is conducted on the vehicle. According to the method, the torque of brake energy recovery can be limited, the problem of overcharge of the battery pack is effectively avoided, and the safety of vehicle brake energy recovery is guaranteed.
