The invention discloses a switchable energy feedback electromagnetic suspension and a control method. The switchable energy feedback electromagnetic suspension comprises a sensor, a central control unit (ECU), an electromagnetic vibration reduction unit, a three-phase rectifier, a two-stage DCDC converter, an energy feedback circuit and an energy consumption circuit body. The suspension comprises an energy feedback mode and an energy consumption mode which can be switched, in the energy feedback mode, energy generated by vibration is absorbed through a super capacitor, and the vibration reduction performance of the suspension is guaranteed while the energy is recycled; and in the energy consumption mode, energy generated by vibration is dissipated through heating of the resistor, the excellent vibration reduction performance is guaranteed, meanwhile, secondary storage is conducted on the super capacitor, and the energy feedback efficiency is improved. According to the suspension system and the control method, the energy feedback efficiency can be effectively improved on the premise that the vibration reduction performance is guaranteed, and the problem that the vibration reduction system and the energy feedback efficiency of a traditional energy feedback suspension system are difficult to consider at the same time is solved.

    发明公开了一种可切换式馈能电磁悬架及控制方法,包括传感器、中央控制单元(ECU),电磁减振单元、三相整流器、两级DCDC转换器以及馈能电路和耗能电路主体。悬架包括可切换的馈能与耗能两个模式,在馈能模式下,通过超级电容对振动产生的能量进行吸收,在能量回收的同时保障悬架的减振性能;在耗能模式下,通过电阻发热对振动产生的能量进行耗散,保证优良的减振性能,同时将超级电容进行二级储存,提升馈能效率。本发明的悬架系统及控制方法能够在保证减振性能的前提下有效提升馈能效率,突破了传统馈能悬架系统减振系统与馈能效率难以兼顾的难题。
