The invention discloses a piezoelectric electromagnetic composite energy feedback active suspension which comprises an active hydraulic suspension body and an integrated control loop. The hydraulic suspension body comprises a connecting bolt, a rubber main spring, a metal shell, a metal base, an upper inertia channel body, a lower inertia channel body, a decoupling film, a rubber bottom film, a throttling disc, an electromagnetic actuator, an electromagnetic shielding net and an energy feedback system. The energy feedback system comprises a first piezoelectric energy feedback system, a secondpiezoelectric energy feedback system and an electromagnetic energy feedback system. The first piezoelectric energy feedback mechanism is composed of a compression nut, an upper-layer composite material piezoelectric patch, a substrate, a lower-layer composite material piezoelectric patch, a connecting bolt and a protective shell and is of a bicrystal cantilever type piezoelectric energy feedback structure. The second piezoelectric energy feedback mechanism comprises a composite material piezoelectric cylinder and a force transmission pressing block; the electromagnetic energy feedback mechanism comprises a permanent magnet, a silicon steel sheet, an excitation coil and a sealing top cover. The invention further discloses a control method of the piezoelectric- electromagnetic composite energy feedback active suspension.

    本发明公开了一种压电‑电磁复合馈能主动悬置,包括:主动液压悬置本体和集成控制回路;液压悬置本体包括连接螺栓、橡胶主簧、金属外壳、金属底座、上惯性通道体、下惯性通道体、解耦膜、橡胶底膜、节流盘、电磁作动器、电磁屏蔽网和馈能系统;馈能系统包括第一压电馈能系统、第二压电馈能系统和电磁馈能系统。第一压电馈能机构包括由压紧螺母、上层复合材料压电片、基板、下层复合材料压电片、连接螺栓和保护壳组成,为双晶悬臂式压电馈能结构;第二压电馈能机构包括复合材料压电圆筒和传力压块;电磁馈能机构包括永磁体、硅钢片、励磁线圈和密封顶盖。本发明还公开了一种压电‑电磁复合馈能主动悬置的控制方法。
