A supporting frame is arranged in the first fixing shells in a sliding mode, a rotating roller is arranged on the supporting frame, a guide pipe is communicated between every two adjacent first fixing shells, and all the guide pipes and all the first fixing shells are filled with liquid. Through communication between the guide pipes and the two adjacent first fixing shells, the multiple supporting frames adaptively adjust the length of the traction ropes, it is ensured that the weight of a suspended object is evenly distributed on all the traction ropes, and the service life of the device is prolonged.
