The invention provides a slideway cross beam hoisting system and a hoisting positioning method thereof, the slideway cross beam hoisting system comprises a cross beam support base and a lifting appliance structure, a cross beam is arranged on the cross beam support base, and the inclined surface of the lower surface of the lifting appliance structure is attached to the upper surface of the cross beam to enable the upper surface of the lifting appliance structure to be in a horizontal state; the lifting appliance structure is connected with a screw reserved on the upper surface of the cross beam through a nut, lifting appliance supporting structures are arranged on the two sides of the lifting appliance structure, and retractable inclined supporting frames are arranged on the lifting appliance supporting structures; and a lifting rope of the crane carriage bypasses the end part of the inclined support frame and is connected with a lifting hole of the cross beam. The unique design of the lifting appliance effectively solves the problem that the steel wire rope easily conflicts with the measuring inverted hanging frame, ensures the smooth construction process, reduces construction faults and delay, and improves the construction efficiency. The structural design of the cross beam support base enables the cross beam support base to adapt to different conditions, and the height and the levelness are adjusted through the hydraulic cylinder. The retractable design of the lifting appliance supporting structure is convenient to mount and dismount, and construction time and labor cost are reduced.

    本发明提供一种滑道井字梁起重吊装系统及其吊装定位方法,包括井字梁支架底座和吊具结构,井字梁设置在井字梁支架底座上,吊具结构下表面的斜面与井字梁上表面贴合以使吊具结构上表面呈水平状态;吊具结构通过螺母与井字梁上表面预留的螺杆连接,吊具结构两侧设有吊具支撑结构,吊具支撑结构上设有可收缩的斜向支撑架;起重小车的吊绳绕过斜向支撑架端部与井字梁吊装孔连接。独特的吊具设计有效解决了钢丝绳与测量倒垂架易冲突的问题,确保施工过程顺畅进行,减少施工故障和延误,提高施工效率。井字梁支架底座的结构设计使其能适应不同情况,通过液压缸调整高度和水平度;吊具支撑结构的可收缩设计方便安装和拆卸,减少施工时间和人力成本。
