The invention relates to a plug-in hybrid electric vehicle adaptive energy management method based on demand power prediction, and belongs to the technical field of plug-in hybrid electric vehicle energy management, and the method comprises the following steps: S1, constructing a working condition identification model based on cascade generalization, and carrying out the online identification of the vehicle driving working condition type; s2, optimizing the co-state variables and the equivalent factors under different working conditions, and constructing an optimal initial co-state variable MAP and an optimal equivalent factor MAP graph; s3, for different working condition categories, training different demand power prediction models, and performing adaptive prediction on demand power under different working conditions; and S4, on-line correction is carried out on the optimal output power of the motor and the engine according to the actual demand power in the adjacent historical periods and the average value and the standard deviation of the predicted demand power difference values.

    本发明涉及一种基于需求功率预测的插电式混合动力汽车自适应能量管理方法,属于插电式混合动力汽车能量管理技术领域,包括以下步骤:S1:构建基于级联泛化的工况识别模型,对车辆行驶工况类型进行在线识别;S2:对不同工况下的协态变量、等效因子进行寻优,构建最优初始协态变量MAP及最优等效因子MAP图;S3:针对不同的工况类别,训练不同的需求功率预测模型,对不同工况下的需求功率进行自适应预测;S4:根据相邻历史周期内的真实需求功率和预测得到的需求功率差值的平均值和标准差,对最优电机和发动机的输出功率进行在线修正。
