The invention relates to a recyclable vertical transportation device for an elevator shaft, and belongs to the technical field of building construction. The device comprises a cage body, a lifting system and a control system. A pulley is fixedly mounted at the top of the cage body, the lifting system comprises a winch, a steel wire rope, a first fixed pulley and a pulley, the winch is fixed on a steel cross beam of an elevator machine room, and the steel wire rope sequentially penetrates through the pulley at the top of the cage body, a reserved hole in a bottom plate of the elevator machine room and the first fixed pulley at a top plate of the elevator machine room and then is wound on the winch. The cage body is of a partial split structure, so that the cage is convenient to mount and demount and adapts to narrow space construction. The control system comprises a wireless controller and a wireless remote controller and controls operation of the winch through wireless signals, and lifting operation of the cage body is achieved. The existing structure in the elevator machine room is utilized, the elevator hoistway and the elevator machine room do not need to be additionally transformed, the installation difficulty and the use cost are reduced, and the construction efficiency and safety are improved.

    本发明涉及一种用于电梯井道的可循环使用的垂直运输装置,属于建筑施工技术领域。装置包括吊笼本体、提升系统和控制系统。吊笼本体顶部固定安装有滑轮,提升系统包括卷扬机、钢丝绳、第一定滑轮和滑轮,卷扬机固定在电梯机房的钢横梁上,钢丝绳依次穿过吊笼本体顶部的滑轮、电梯机房底板的预留洞口和电梯机房顶板处的第一定滑轮后缠绕在卷扬机上。吊笼本体采用部分分体式结构,便于快速安拆和适应狭小空间施工。控制系统包括无线控制器和无线遥控器,通过无线信号控制卷扬机的运行,实现吊笼本体的升降操作。本发明利用电梯机房中现有的结构,无需对电梯井道和电梯机房进行额外改造,降低了安装难度和使用成本,提高了施工效率和安全性。
