The machine body is moved to a position needing to be detected through the propeller, the rotating cylinder is rotated to a required angle through the fixing mechanism, so that the electromagnet is pushed out and adsorbed to the position of a steel box girder needing to be detected; the optical image collector is used for collecting the disease degree of the coating on the surface of the steel box girder and transmitting the disease degree to the ground control center for analyzing the detection result, the maintenance mechanism is used for shaking off and shoveling the disease coating on the surface of the steel box girder, a new coating is sprayed again, and the detection and maintenance efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开了一种钢箱梁涂层病害智能诊断检测机器人,涉及线缆安装领域,解决了现有的钢箱梁涂层病害诊断检测机器人使用时检测范围较为局限且难以同步进行维护操作的问题,包括机体、固定机构、检测机构和维护机构,机体上设有螺旋桨,固定机构包括转动筒、电磁铁和连接绳,检测机构包括光学图像采集器,本发明通过螺旋桨将机体移动至所需检测的位置,通过固定机构将转动筒转动至所需角度,使得电磁铁被推出并吸附在所需检测的钢箱梁位置,通过光学图像采集器对钢箱梁表面的涂层病害程度进行采集并传输到地面控制中心进行分析检测结果,通过维护机构对钢箱梁表面的病害涂层进行抖落铲除,并重新喷涂新的涂层,提升检测维护的效率。
