The invention discloses an intelligent hoisting structure for an H-shaped steel girder. The lifting structure comprises a telescopic arm, a fixed arm, a rotary lifting appliance and a gear motor. The method solves the problems that a long-section and large-size I-shaped steel beam cannot be hoisted by a single crane, deformation is large after hoisting, and automatic unhooking cannot be achieved. By means of the structure, the telescopic length of 12-18 m can be achieved, I-shaped steel of different lengths can be lifted, the telescopic width of 0.98-1.98 m can be achieved at the fixed end, I-shaped steel products of different widths can be lifted, the lifting appliance assembly is provided with a battery and a gear motor power system, and overall rotation and single rotation of the rotary lifting appliance can be achieved through a wireless remote control device (within 100 m). The device has forward and reverse rotation functions, can realize unmanned loading and unhooking, reduces the working intensity of operators, and reduces the safety risk.

    本发明公开了一种H型钢主梁智能吊装结构;所述吊装结构包括:伸缩臂、固定臂、旋转吊具、减速电机。本方法解决了长节段、大尺寸工字型钢梁单台吊车无法起吊,吊装后变形大、无法自动脱钩等问题。此结构可实现12~18米的伸缩长度,可起吊不同长度的工字钢,固定端可实现0.98~1.98米的伸缩宽度,可起吊不同宽度的工字钢产品,吊具总成自带电池及减速电机动力系统,通过无线遥控装置(100米内)可实现旋转吊具整体旋转和单个旋转动作,具有正反转功能,可实现无人装脱钩,减少操作人员工作强度、降低安全风险。
