The invention provides a long-distance floating transportation and floating assisting method for a large steel open caisson in the sea, and belongs to the technical field of bridge construction, the steel open caisson is of a cuboid structure and is divided into field subgrids by partition walls, and in order to increase the buoyancy and reduce the immersion depth, floating assisting plates are adopted to seal the bottoms of the field subgrids. The immersion depth of the steel open caisson is reduced by adopting a floating assisting method, so that the steel open caisson smoothly passes through a dock and a channel shallow point and is remotely transported to a preset water area in a floating manner. The floating-assisting plate device and the bottom of the open caisson wall plate are horizontally arranged, or the floating-assisting plate device is lower than the bottom of the open caisson wall plate, the immersion depth of the steel open caisson is reduced, and the steel open caisson can be transported out of a dock or a channel shallow point in a floating mode under the lower water level condition and smoothly and remotely transported to a preset water area in a floating mode. And an arranged water inlet valve device can carry out automatic water feeding after reaching a designated place, so that the floating-assisting plate device automatically falls off, and the construction is more convenient.

    本发明提供一种海中大型钢沉井远距离浮运助浮方法,属于桥梁施工技术领域,钢沉井为长方体结构,由隔墙分隔成田子格,为了增加浮力,降低吃水深度,采用助浮板将田字格底部封闭。采用一种助浮方法降低钢沉井吃水深度,使钢沉井顺利通过船坞及航道浅点,远距离浮运至预定水域。助浮板装置与沉井壁板的底部水平设置,或者助浮板装置低于沉井壁板的底部,减少钢沉井吃水深度,可以在更低水位情况下浮运出船坞或者航道浅点,顺利远距离浮运至预定水域,设置的进水阀装置可以根据到达指定地点后进行自动进水,使助浮板装置自动脱落,施工更加方便。
