The invention discloses a long-distance floating transportation method of an open caisson, and relates to the technical field of bridge open caisson construction. The long-distance floating transportation method comprises the steps of arranging a cabin sealing support plate on the lower end surface of the open caisson so as to seal lower end openings of part of well holes, forming a sealed area from adjacent sealed well holes, and arranging a water stopping structure between the cabin sealing support plate and the bottom edge of the sealed area; installing a plurality of vertically-arranged reverse ejection mechanisms in at least part of the sealed well holes, wherein the lower ends of the reverse ejection mechanisms are abutted with the cabin sealing support plate; injecting water into the sealed well holes after the open caisson is launched and is transported to a designated position in a floating mode by the cabin sealing support plate; and reversely ejecting the cabin sealing support plate to be separated from the lower end surface of the open caisson by using the reverse ejection mechanisms, and dragging out of the bottom of the open caisson through a barge. According to the floating transportation method, the air tightness of a floating transportation floating assisting process is changed into the water tightness, so that the safety and stability in the long-distance floating transportation process of the open caisson can be guaranteed; the cabin sealing support plate can be separated from the open caisson more quickly through the reverse ejection mechanisms; the cabin sealing support plate can be recycled quickly in cooperation with the barge; and the whole floating transportation process is safe and reliable, and the efficiency is high.

    本申请公开了一种沉井长距离浮运方法,涉及桥梁沉井施工技术领域,其包括步骤:在沉井的下端面设置封舱托板封闭部分井孔的下端口,相邻已封闭井孔形成封闭区,在封舱托板与封闭区的底边缘之间设置止水结构;于至少部分已封闭井孔内安装多个竖向设置的反顶机构,反顶机构的下端抵接封舱托板;将沉井下水并由封舱托板浮运至指定位置后,向已封闭井孔内注水;利用反顶机构将封舱托板反顶至脱离沉井下端面,并通过驳船拖曳出沉井底部。本申请的浮运方法,将浮运助浮过程由气密性改为水密性,可保证沉井远距离浮运过程中的安全性与稳定性,通过反顶机构可加快封舱托板脱离沉井,配合驳船可实现对封舱托板的快速回收,整个浮运过程安全可靠,且效率高。
