The invention discloses a polypropylene composite material modified by a branched polyolefin material. The polypropylene composite material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-40 parts of polypropylene with a high melt index, 30-50 parts of impact-resistant polypropylene with a low melt index, 10-35 parts of the branched polyolefin material and 15-25 parts of filler. The branched polyolefin material has a long and short branched chain structure, and the weight-average molecular weight of the branched polyolefin material is 2000-8000000 g/mol; the branching degree is 40-180/1000 DEG C, and the melt index is 0.01-20 g/10 min under the conditions that the temperature is 190 DEG C and the load is 2.16 kg. The technical problem that the mechanical property of an ethylene-butylene copolymer as an elastomer is not better than that of an ethylene-octylene copolymer is solved by adopting the light olefin as a raw material and optimizing the molecular structure and combination of the material, and compared with the traditional POE ethylene-octylene copolymer, the light olefin is adopted as the raw material, so that the raw material cost is reduced, and the economic benefit is improved; the low-temperature toughness and the mechanical property of the polypropylene composite material are obviously improved, and the polypropylene composite material is especially suitable for the plastic modification field.

    本发明公开了一种支化聚烯烃材料改性的聚丙烯复合材料,包括以下重量份的组分:高熔指聚丙烯10~40份、低熔指抗冲聚丙烯30~50份、支化聚烯烃材料10~35份、填料15~25份。所述支化聚烯烃材料具有长短支链结构,重均分子量在2000‑8000000g/mol;支化度为40~180/1000C,在190℃、载荷2.16kg条件下的熔融指数为0.01~20g/10min。本发明采用轻质烯烃原料,通过优化材料分子结构与组合的方式,解决了乙烯‑丁烯共聚物作为弹性体的力学性能不如乙烯‑辛烯共聚物的技术问题,相比传统POE乙烯‑辛烯共聚物,采用轻质烯烃为原料降低了原料成本,提高了经济效益,显著提高了聚丙烯复合材料的低温韧性和力学性能,尤其适用于塑改领域。
