The invention provides a preparation method of a polypropylene composite material, a composite material and a bumper, and belongs to the field of polypropylene composites.The preparation method comprises the following steps that a barium adipate modified nucleating agent is prepared; weighing 80 to 100 parts of polypropylene, 10 to 20 parts of ethylene propylene diene monomer, 10 to 20 parts of talcum powder, 0.2 to 0.6 part of the modified nucleating agent and 0.1 to 0.5 part of an antioxidant, mixing and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixture; and extruding and granulating the mixture to obtain the polypropylene composite material. By adding the modified nucleating agent, the crystallinity of PP can be improved, so that the physical properties of the polypropylene composite material can be improved.
本发明提供了一种聚丙烯复合材料的制备方法、复合材料及保险杠,属于聚丙烯复合材料领域,包括如下步骤:制备己二酸钡改性成核剂;称取80份‑100份的聚丙烯、10份‑20份三元乙丙橡胶、10份‑20份滑石粉、0.2份‑0.6份所述改性成核剂、0.1份‑0.5份抗氧剂混合并搅拌均匀,得到混合料;将混合料挤出造粒,即得到聚丙烯复合材料。加入该改性成核剂能够提升PP的结晶度,从而有利于提升聚丙烯复合材料的物理性能。
