The invention discloses an airport runway FOD inspection and operation safety guarantee system in the field of airport runway safety detection. A ground control platform receives three-mode image data of an unmanned aerial vehicle platform and sends flight control data; the unmanned aerial vehicle platform receives the flight control data, executes flight actions, collects three-mode image data and sends the three-mode image data to the ground control platform; the ground control platform comprises an FOD detection module, a map module and a task scheduling module; the FOD detection module receives the three-mode image data and performs video image recognition to generate image recognition data; a gridding electronic map is arranged in the map module, and the FOD detection module superposes the image recognition data on the gridding electronic map to generate map obstacle data; and the task scheduling module sends the flight control data to the unmanned aerial vehicle platform. According to the invention, three-mode image recognition is carried out on the airport scene through the unmanned aerial vehicle platform to enhance the FOD inspection detection accuracy, and the unmanned aerial vehicle platform is utilized to increase the monitoring range, so that emergencies can be found in time.

    本发明公开了机场跑道安全检测领域的一种机场跑道FOD巡检与运行安全保障系统,地面控制平台接收无人机平台的三模图像数据并发送飞行控制数据;无人机平台接收飞行控制数据并执行飞行动作,采集三模图像数据并发送给地面控制平台;地面控制平台包括FOD检测模块、地图模块和任务调度模块;FOD检测模块接收三模图像数据并进行视频图像识别,生成图像识别数据;地图模块内设有网格化电子地图,FOD检测模块将图像识别数据叠加在网格化电子地图上生成地图障碍数据;任务调度模块将飞行控制数据发送给无人机平台。本发明通过无人机平台对机场场面进行三模图像识别的方式增强FOD巡检检测准确率,并利用无人机平台增加监测范围,从而使得突发情况能够及时发现。
