The invention relates to an environment visibility evaluation method, a vehicle lamp control method and a vehicle-mounted electronic device. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a live image obtained by acquiring a road environment by a camera and an actual shooting distance of the camera; identifying a character in the live image, extracting a first stroke feature of the character, and extracting a second stroke feature of the character under the condition of complete size; determining the stroke continuity degree of the first stroke feature relative to the second stroke feature by taking the second stroke feature as a reference object; determining the visibility of the road environment according to the stroke continuity degree of the first stroke feature and the actual shooting distance; and the accuracy of environmental visibility evaluation is improved.

    本申请涉及一种环境可见度评估方法、车灯控制方法和车载电子装置,通过获取摄像头采集道路环境所得到的实况图像,以及摄像头的实际拍摄距离;识别实况图像中的字符,提取字符的第一笔画特征,以及提取字符在完整尺寸情况下的第二笔画特征;以第二笔画特征为参照对象,确定第一笔画特征相对于第二笔画特征的笔画连续程度;根据第一笔画特征的笔画连续程度和实际拍摄距离,确定道路环境的可见度;提升了环境可见度评估的准确度。
