The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a real-time image obtained by acquiring a road environment through a camera; performing target identification on the live image, and extracting environment visibility information based on a target identification result; wherein the environment visibility information comprises the following distance and/or the turn-on ratio of surrounding vehicles; under the condition that the safety level corresponding to the environment visibility information is lower than a preset level, a first vehicle lamp signal is triggered to turn on a vehicle lamp; and the intellectualization of vehicle lamp control is improved.
