The pipeline nondestructive testing device comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle frame, four wing frames are fixedly connected to the outer side of the unmanned aerial vehicle frame, rotor wing mechanisms are arranged at the ends of the four wing frames, and two symmetrically-arranged supporting frames are fixedly connected to the lower side of the unmanned aerial vehicle frame; the outer sides of the two supporting frames are fixedly connected with batteries, the side portions of the two supporting frames are fixedly connected with trapezoidal plates, and an unmanned aerial vehicle control box is arranged on the outer sides of the trapezoidal plates and electrically connected to the batteries and the rotor wing mechanisms. A rotating ring mechanism is arranged between the supporting frames, an overturning table is arranged on the lower side of the rotating ring mechanism, and a detector is fixedly connected to the overturning table. According to the device, through the arrangement of the rotating ring mechanism and the rotating table, the direction of the detector can be flexibly adjusted, the upper portion and the side portion of a pipeline can be detected, the lower portion of the pipeline can also be detected, and the detection coverage range and flexibility are greatly improved.

    本发明公开了一种搭载于无人机的管道无损检测装置,包括无人机框架,所述无人机框架的外侧固定连接有4个机翼架,4个所述机翼架的端部均设有旋翼机构,所述无人机框架下侧固定连接有两个对称设置的撑架,两个所述撑架的外侧均固定连接有电池,两个所述撑架的侧部固定连接有梯形板,所述梯形板的外侧设有无人机控制箱,所述无人机控制箱电连接于所述电池和所述旋翼机构;所述撑架之间设有转环机构,所述转环机构的下侧设有翻转台,所述翻转台上固定连接有探测器。该发明该装置通过转环机构和转台的设置,能够灵活调整探测器的方向,既可以检测管道的上方和侧方,也可以检测管道的下方,大大提高了检测的覆盖范围和灵活性。
