The invention provides a pipeline damage ultrasonic detection device carried on an unmanned aerial vehicle. The pipeline damage ultrasonic detection device comprises an ultrasonic mechanism and a main control mechanism, wherein the ultrasonic mechanism consists of a wireless ultrasonic detection system and a bearing assembly; the wireless ultrasonic detection system comprises an ultrasonic detection module, a data acquisition module, a data processing module and a wireless communication module I which are electrically connected; the wireless communication module I is connected with the main control mechanism; the main control mechanism is connected with the overturning assembly, the moving assembly and the separating assembly respectively; the bearing assembly comprises a first bearing frame and a second bearing frame which are driven and hinged through the separating assembly, the first bearing frame is driven and hinged to a fixing table through the overturning assembly, the fixing table is connected with the unmanned aerial vehicle through the connecting mechanism, and the main control mechanism is installed on the fixing table. A probe on the ultrasonic detection module is in driving sliding connection with the first bearing frame and the second bearing frame through the movement assembly. The pipeline detection device is compact in structure, comprehensive detection of the pipeline is achieved, the detection time is shortened, the labor intensity of manual detection is reduced, and the pipeline detection efficiency is improved.

    本发明提供了一种搭载于无人机的管道损伤超声波检测装置,包括无线超声波探测系统和承载组件组成的超声波机构和主控机构;无线超声波探测系统包括电性连接的超声波检测模块、数据采集模块、数据处理模块和与主控机构连接的无线通信模块一,主控机构分别连接翻转组件、运动组件和分离组件;承载组件包括通过分离组件驱动铰接的承载框一和承载框二,承载框一通过翻转组件驱动铰接有固定台,固定台通过连接机构与无人机连接,主控机构安装在固定台上,超声波检测模块上的探头分别通过运动组件与承载框一和承载框二驱动滑动连接。本发明结构紧凑,实现对管道的全面的检测,减少检测时间和人工检测的劳动强度,提高管道检测的效率。
