A pressure compensation device of an underwater motor comprises a cylinder body, a seawater spring and a middle spring. The cylinder is connected with the permeable cover, the permeable cover is sequentially connected with the seawater spring, the front piston, the middle spring, the rear piston and the motor winding oil cavity, the seawater spring is located in the seawater cavity, the middle spring is located in the middle oil cavity, and hydraulic oil is further arranged in the middle oil cavity. Then the front piston moves to compress the middle oil cavity until the pressure in the seawater cavity, the middle oil cavity and the motor winding oil cavity is balanced, namely the pressure difference is balanced; the front piston and the rear piston seal the middle oil cavity, so that hydraulic oil in the middle oil cavity cannot leak, the sealing performance is good, the hydraulic oil can be used for a long time, and the long-term operation effect is good. Therefore, the pressure difference can be balanced for a long time, and the sealing performance is good.
一种水下电机的压力补偿装置,包括筒体、海水弹簧与中间弹簧;筒体与透水盖连接,透水盖与海水弹簧、前活塞、中间弹簧、后活塞电机绕组油腔依次连接,海水弹簧位于海水腔内,中间弹簧位于中间油腔内,中间油腔内还设置有液压油,应用时,海水通过透水盖进入至海水腔内,海水再推动前活塞,然后前活塞移动以压缩中间油腔,直至海水腔、中间油腔、电机绕组油腔内的压力平衡,即平衡压差;前活塞、后活塞密封中间油腔,故中间油腔内的液压油不会泄露,密封性较好,则可以长久使用,故长久化运行效果较佳。因此,本设计能长久平衡压差,且密封性较好。
