The invention discloses an aerospace vehicle cabin door folding and unfolding mechanism based on cable folding and unfolding. The aerospace vehicle cabin door folding and unfolding mechanism comprises a pulley block installed on one side of the free edge of a cabin door and a cabin door rotation driving device installed at the position of a cabin door rotating shaft. The pulley block comprises a fixed pulley block installed on a supporting structure below the free edge of the cabin door and a movable pulley block installed on the free edge of the cabin door. The supporting structure is fixedly connected with one end of the cable, and the other end of the cable penetrates through the pulley block and then is connected with the cable take-up and pay-off driving device. The cabin door rotation driving device is used for providing rotation torque in the rotating opening direction of the cabin door; when the cable take-up and pay-off driving device takes up the cable, the cabin door is rotationally closed, and when the cable take-up and pay-off driving device pays off the cable, the cabin door is rotationally opened under the action of rotating torque. The invention has the characteristics of light weight, small occupied space, simple and reliable structure and accurate opening control.

    本发明公开了一种基于线缆收放的空天飞行器舱门展收机构,包括安装于舱门自由边一侧的滑轮组和安装在位于舱门转轴处的舱门旋转驱动装置;滑轮组包括安装于舱门自由边下方的支持结构上的定滑轮组,和安装于舱门自由边处的动滑轮组;支持结构与线缆的一端固定连接,线缆另一端穿过滑轮组后与线缆收放驱动装置连接;所述的舱门旋转驱动装置用于提供舱门旋转打开方向的旋转力矩;线缆收放驱动装置收线时,舱门旋转关闭,线缆收放驱动装置放线时,舱门在旋转力矩作用下旋转打开。本发明具有重量轻、占用空间小、结构简单可靠、开度精准控制的特点。
