The invention provides an aircraft main undercarriage cabin door linkage folding and unfolding mechanism which comprises a main undercarriage, a main undercarriage cabin door and a three-stage transmission mechanism, thereby realizing linkage folding and unfolding of the aircraft main undercarriage and the cabin door. Because of the transmissibility of mechanical motion, a connecting rod follow-upmechanism is designed to enable the cabin door to do reciprocating motion, so that the cabin door is in a folded state at the folded and unfolded positions of the undercarriage; meanwhile, the influence on aircraft aerodynamic performance when the cabin door is unfolded is reduced. The layout structure is simple in process, low in cost and high in reliability. Through the space transmissibility of the connecting rod mechanism, the mechanism is transferred from a narrow space position to a spare space position, so that the influence of space limitation on the mechanism design is avoided; and meanwhile, the idle space is effectively utilized.
本发明提供的一种飞机主起落架舱门联动收放机构,包括主起落架、主起落架舱门和三级传动机构,实现飞机主起落架与舱门的联动收放。运用机械运动的传递性,设计连杆随动机构使舱门做往复运功,保证舱门在起落架收上和放下位置都处于收上状态,同时减小了舱门放下时对飞机气动性的影响。本发明布局结构工艺简单,成本低,可靠性高。通过连杆机构的空间传递性,把机构从空间狭小位置转移到空间富余位置,避免空间限制对机构设计的影响,同时有效利用闲置空间。
