The invention discloses a truss beam installation structure and a using method, the truss beam installation structure comprises a plurality of hole supporting channel steel rails, a forklift mechanism, a horizontal dragging mechanism and a vertical hoisting mechanism, the forklift mechanism comprises a forklift and a flat car, the upper ends of two forks of the forklift are both provided with the channel steel rails, and the flat car is arranged in the channel steel rails in a sliding mode; the upper end of the flat car is used for placing a truss beam to be installed, a plurality of hole supporting channel steel rails are installed above the reserved holes, and the distance between at least two hole supporting channel steel rails is consistent with the distance between the channel steel rails on the two forks. The forklift mechanism is arranged on one side of the hole supporting channel steel rail and used for connecting the channel steel rail with the hole supporting channel steel rail, the horizontal dragging mechanism is arranged on the other side of the hole supporting channel steel rail, and the vertical hoisting mechanism is installed on a roof. The hole supporting channel steel rail can protect the reserved hole and can also enable the flat car to carry the truss beam to be installed to move, and the forklift mechanism can be conveniently matched with the hole supporting channel steel rail to move the truss beam to be installed.

    本发明公开了一种桁车梁安装用结构及使用方法,包括数个洞口支撑槽钢轨道、叉车机构、水平拖拽机构和竖向吊装机构,叉车机构包括叉车和平板车,叉车的两个货叉上端均设有槽钢轨道,平板车滑动设置在槽钢轨道中,平板车上端用于放置待安装桁车梁,数个洞口支撑槽钢轨道安装在预留洞口上方,且存在至少两个洞口支撑槽钢轨道的间距与两个货叉上槽钢轨道间距一致,叉车机构置于洞口支撑槽钢轨道一侧用于将槽钢轨道与洞口支撑槽钢轨道相接,洞口支撑槽钢轨道另一侧设有水平拖拽机构,竖向吊装机构安装在屋顶处。本发明的洞口支撑槽钢轨道既可对预留洞口防护,又可供平板车携带待安装桁车梁移动,叉车机构便于配合洞口支撑槽钢轨道移动待安装桁车梁。
