The invention discloses a portal crane control system and method and a portal crane. The portal crane control system comprises a crane foundation control system; the lifting motor mechanism is connected with the crane foundation control system and is used for driving the grab bucket to move up and down; the lifting motor control module is electrically connected with the lifting motor mechanism; the first load detection module and the second load detection module are electrically connected with the lifting motor mechanism; when the first load detection module detects that the working current of the lifting motor mechanism is at a first reference value, a first signal is fed back to the lifting motor control module; when the second load detection module detects that the working current of the lifting motor mechanism is at a second reference value, a second signal is fed back to the lifting motor control module; according to the scheme, the problems that due to the fact that the steel wire rope of the grab bucket of the gantry crane is in a fully-relaxed state, the steel wire rope, a winding drum, a speed reducer and other parts are prone to damage, normal work of equipment is affected, and large potential safety hazards exist can be solved, and stable operation of the crane equipment is guaranteed.

    本发明公开的门座起重机控制系统、方法以及门座起重机,包括:起重机基础控制系统;与起重机基础控制系统连接,用于带动抓斗上下运行的起升电机机构;与起升电机机构电连接的起升电机控制模块;与起升电机机构电连接,第一负载检测模块、第二负载检测模块;当第一负载检测模块检测到起升电机机构的工作电流处于第一参考值时,反馈第一信号至起升电机控制模块;当第二负载检测模块检测到起升电机机构的工作电流处于第二参考值时,反馈第二信号至起升电机控制模块,在本发明方案能够实现防止门座起重机抓斗存在的钢丝绳处于全松弛状态导致的钢丝绳、卷筒、减速机等零部件易损坏、影响设备正常工作及存大较大安全隐患的问题,保障起重机设备运行稳定。
