The invention provides a portal crane and gantry crane anti-collision system based on an analytical method. An absolute value encoder, an RFID setting device, a rotation angle sensor and a variable amplitude angle sensor are used for monitoring the position and angle of a crane. The absolute value encoder comprises a cart encoder and a trolley encoder and is used for acquiring the position information of the cart and the trolley of the crane. The RFID device determines the position of the crane on the track. Sensor data are transmitted through the PLC communication module and processed by the collision detection and early warning control module to generate real-time coordinate data and evaluate the collision risk, and finally an early warning signal is output to the control system to achieve the anti-collision function.
