A plurality of convex sliding strips are arranged on the periphery of the guide material pipe; and a plurality of sliding grooves which are matched with the sliding strips and are in sliding connection with the sliding strips are formed in the inner side of the guide ring, so that the corrugated material pipe and the material pipe elbow can be driven to rotate when the guide material pipe rotates, the orientation adjustment of the material pipe elbow is realized, and the feeding accuracy is ensured.
