The invention relates to a feeding crane derailment protection device for a farm, which comprises a mechanical switch K1 connected with an MCU (Microprogrammed Control Unit), an MCU control interface is connected in series in a crane forward/backward control circuit, and the forward/backward control circuit comprises a switch SA1, a first alternating current contactor KM1 and a second alternating current contactor KM2, a first travel switch K2 at a traveling forward limit position and a second travel switch K3 at a traveling backward limit position are respectively connected in front of the first alternating current contactor KM1 and the second alternating current contactor KM2, and auxiliary contacts of the first alternating current contactor KM1 and the second alternating current contactor KM2 are respectively connected to the MCU. The system has the following advantages that the working mode of the travelling crane can be accurately recognized, and when the travelling crane derails, an alarm can be given, and the travelling crane can be controlled to stop; the core control unit is integrated to form a standardized module, and a combined circuit does not need to be built; the method has high compatibility and can be used for modifying old products.

    本发明涉及一种养殖场用的喂料行车脱轨保护装置,包括机械开关K1与MCU相连,MCU控制接口串联在行车前进/后退控制电路中,前进/后退控制电路包括开关SA1及其相连的第一交流接触器KM1和第二交流接触器KM2,第一交流接触器KM1和第二交流接触器KM2前分别连接行车前进极限位置的第一行程开关K2以及行车后退极限位置的第二行程开关K3,第一交流接触器KM1和第二交流接触器KM2的辅助触点分别连接到MCU。本发明具有以下的优点:能精准的识别行车工作模式,当行车脱轨时不仅能报警,还能控制行车停机;核心控制单元集成形成标准化模块,无需搭建组合电路;具有较强的兼容性,可以用于老产品进行改造。
