The invention discloses an assembling and debugging device for unmanned aerial vehicle parts, and relates to the technical field of unmanned aerial vehicle assembling and debugging, the assembling and debugging device comprises a supporting mechanism, the supporting mechanism comprises a first supporting frame, a workbench is arranged on one side of the first supporting frame, and a flight state image of an unmanned aerial vehicle is shot through a camera and sent to a control box; the judgment module judges the wrong assembly condition of the propeller of the unmanned aerial vehicle according to the flight state of the unmanned aerial vehicle, so that the assembly condition of the propeller of the unmanned aerial vehicle is quickly and accurately known, and the accurate wrong assembly position of the propeller of the unmanned aerial vehicle is further known; a first electric clamping jaw and a first hydraulic cylinder are controlled to sequentially clamp loosened nuts and propellers which are installed wrongly into a waste box, then the corresponding number of propellers with correct steering directions are sequentially installed on the unmanned aerial vehicle, a locking mechanism locks the nuts on the upper portion of the unmanned aerial vehicle again, the propellers which are installed wrongly are rapidly reinstalled, and therefore the unmanned aerial vehicle is rapidly reinstalled. The effects of automatically recognizing the reassembling position of the propeller and achieving high propeller assembling efficiency are achieved.

    本发明公开了一种无人机零部件用组装调试装置,涉及无人机组装调试技术领域,包括支撑机构,所述支撑机构包括第一支撑架,所述第一支撑架的一侧设有工作台,通过摄像头拍摄无人机的飞行状态图像,并发送给控制箱,判断模块根据无人机的飞行状态,判断无人机螺旋桨的错误组装情况,从而快速准确的了解到无人机螺旋桨组装情况,进而了解到无人机螺旋桨错误组装的准确位置,控制第一电动夹爪和第一液压缸依次将松下的螺母和错误安装的螺旋桨夹取到废料箱的内部,再将相应数量的正确转向螺旋桨依次安装至无人机上,锁紧机构重新将螺母锁紧在无人机的上方,使错误安装的螺旋桨快速得到重装,达到了自动识别螺旋桨重装位置和螺旋桨组装效率高的效果。
