The tilting mechanism comprises a mirror bracket, limiting structures, a motor bracket, a pipeline, a motor and a pulley system, the bottom of the mirror bracket is provided with a first fixing structure and a second fixing structure which are correspondingly provided with a rope and a fixed pulley in the pulley system respectively, and the left side and the right side of the bottom of the mirror bracket are provided with the limiting structures; third fixing structures are arranged on the motor bracket, movable pulleys are correspondingly mounted on the third fixing structures, the bottom of each third fixing structure is connected with a motor, and pipelines are integrally arranged on the left and right sides of each third fixing structure respectively; the pipeline is sleeved on the limiting rod to form a liftable tilting mechanism; according to the pulley type tilting mechanism, the motor is vertically pulled upwards, the distance between the gravity center and a pivot point is reduced, and the problem that when an existing tilting mechanism is used for driving the direct driving motor to slide upwards, the force of rotating the motor around the pivot point is remarkably increased is well solved; and meanwhile, the weight of the motor can be properly increased, and the force required by tilting of the motor can be kept at a proper level.

    本发明公开了一种电动舷外机的倾转机构,包括镜架、限位结构、电动机托架、管道、电动机及滑轮系统,所述镜架底部具有第一固定结构和第二固定结构,分别对应安装滑轮系统中的绳索、定滑轮,且镜架底部左右两边设有限位结构;电动机托架上面具有第三固定结构,分别对应安装动滑轮,且其底部牵连电动机,其左右两侧一体分别设有一个管道;管道套接于限位杆上,形成可升降倾转机构;通过该滑轮式倾转机构垂直上拉电动机,减小重心和枢轴点之间的距离,较好的解决了当使用现有倾转机构带动直接驱动电动机上滑时,其绕枢轴点旋转电动机的力显著增加的问题;同时既可以适当增加电动机的重量,又可以将电动机倾转所需的力保持在适当水平。
