The invention provides a floating stabilizing method for a cylindrical component, which comprises the following steps: loading the cylindrical component onto a semi-submersible barge, and mounting a compartment structure on the inner side of the cylindrical component to divide the interior of the cylindrical component into a buoyancy compartment and a stabilizing compartment which are arranged up and down. The semi-submersible barge begins to dive, and the cylindrical component is forced to press stable water with the initial liquid level height into the stable bin under the self-weight effect of the cylindrical component; opening an air pipe on the compartment structure to exhaust air in the stabilizing compartment; and under the self-weight action of the cylindrical component, water continues to enter the stabilizing bin. After the liquid level height is flush with the bottom surface of the partition bin structure, the air pipe on the partition bin structure is closed; the compartment structure floats upwards after being in contact with the liquid level and abuts against the cylindrical component; and the semi-submersible barge continues to dive, under the self-weight action of the cylindrical component and the partition bin structure, stable water with the secondary liquid level height is forced to be pressed into cavities of the stable bin and the partition bin structure till the gravity of the cylindrical component and the partition bin structure is balanced with the buoyancy of the cylindrical component and the partition bin structure, and the cylindrical component floats and stops in the water.
