The invention provides a floating laying method for a cylindrical component, which comprises the following steps of: loading the cylindrical component onto a semi-submersible barge, and installing a buoyancy device on the inner side of the cylindrical component; after the semi-submersible barge dives until the bottom surface of the buoyancy device is in contact with the liquid level, an air inlet and outlet pipe of the buoyancy device is opened; and when the cylindrical component sinks to the preset water depth, the stable cavity is inflated through the air inlet and outlet pipe till the buoyancy device can float in water, and then the air inlet and outlet pipe is closed. Then the buoyancy device is adjusted to be coaxially arranged with the cylindrical component; the stable cavity is inflated for the second time through the air inlet and outlet pipe until the buoyancy of the buoyancy device is enough to drive the cylindrical component to float and hover in water, the cylindrical component is automatically separated from the semi-submersible barge, and then the cylindrical component can be dragged out of the dock to the laying position in a wet mode. And after the gas filled in the stabilizing cavity is discharged, the cylindrical component begins to settle. And after the perpendicularity of the cylindrical component is adjusted, the cylindrical component is finally settled to a water bottom foundation bed.

    本申请提供了一种筒形构件的浮游布放方法,先将筒形构件装载至半潜驳船上,并在筒形构件的内侧安装浮力装置。半潜驳船下潜至浮力装置的底面与液面接触后,开启浮力装置的进排气管;当筒形构件沉降至预设水深时,通过进排气管向稳定腔中充气,至浮力装置能够浮起于水中,再关闭进排气管。再调整浮力装置与筒形构件同轴设置;通过进排气管向稳定腔中二次充气,直至浮力装置的浮力足以带动筒形构件浮起悬停于水中,并与半潜驳船自动分离,即可将筒形构件湿拖出坞至布放位置。在排出稳定腔中充入的气体后,筒形构件开始沉降。在调整筒形构件的垂直度后,最终将筒形构件沉降至水底基床上。
