The invention discloses an efficient binding method of a standard container for ship transportation, which comprises a ship body provided with a plurality of mooring holes and binding parts, and comprises the following steps: arranging a matrix according to the mooring holes on the ship body, the layer height of a loading cabin and the permissible range of the mooring force of a mooring rigging; the single-layer number, the arrangement mode and the stacking layer number of the container units are determined; stacking a plurality of standard containers in a longitudinal and transverse array manner according to the determined number and layer number, and fixing to form a container unit; and the four corners of the standard container on the upper layer of the container unit are bound in a matched mode through mooring holes and binding pieces in the ship body. A plurality of 1t standard containers can be bound at a time, and the ship loading space is fully utilized; the heap cone for positioning and supporting the bottom layer container is not welded with the hull deck, and the hull deck does not need to be holed, thereby facilitating the integrity of the hull structure; and the standard container or the container unit is bound and tied by using the original mooring rigging and the mooring hole of the ship, so that the refitting cost is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种船舶运输用标准集装箱的高效绑扎方法,包括船体,船体上设有多个系留穴及绑扎件,包括如下步骤:根据船体上的系留穴布置矩阵、装载舱层高和系留索具系留力允许范围,确定集装箱单元的单层数量、排列方式和堆叠层数;将多个标准集装箱按确定的数量、层数按纵向及横向阵列式堆叠、固定组成集装箱单元;通过船体上的系留穴及绑扎件与集装箱单元上层的标准集装箱的四个箱角进行配合绑扎。本发明可一次绑扎多个1t标准集装箱,充分利用船舶装载空间;定位与支撑底层集装箱的堆锥不与船体甲板焊接,船体甲板无需开孔,有利于船体结构的完整性;利用船舶原有的系留索具及系留穴对标准集装箱或集装箱单元进行绑扎系固,减少加改装成本。
