A spherical tank welding seam magnetization array eddy current wall-climbing detection robot disclosed by the present invention comprises a vehicle frame, two wheels, a driving mechanism and a detection mechanism, the two wheels are rotatably arranged on the vehicle frame at an interval, the two wheels are permanent magnets, the inner rings and the outer rings of the wheels have different magnetisms, and the driving mechanism and the detection mechanism are arranged on the vehicle frame. And the inner rings of the two wheels are opposite in magnetism. The array eddy current detection mechanism has the beneficial effects that the magnetic fields of the two permanent magnets form a magnetic circuit in a detected welding seam area, and the magnetic fields uniformly diffused to the periphery of the two permanent magnets are gathered in the magnetic circuit in the detected welding seam area, so that the interference of the peripheral diffused magnetic fields on the detection mechanism is reduced, and the stability of array eddy current detection signals is ensured; the magnetic flux density of the detected welding seam area can be increased, the detected welding seam area is further magnetized, the relative permeability of the detected welding seam area is reduced, the detection depth of the array eddy current detection signal can be greatly increased, and therefore cracks in the deep position of the welding seam can be detected.

    本发明公开了一种球罐焊缝磁化阵列涡流爬壁检测机器人,其包括车架、两个车轮、驱动机构及检测机构,两个所述车轮间隔并转动设置于所述车架上,两个所述车轮均为永磁铁,所述车轮的内环与外环具有不同磁性,两个所述车轮的内环磁性相反。本发明的有益效果是:两个永磁铁的磁场在被检测焊缝区域形成磁路,两个永磁铁向四周均匀扩散磁场都向被检测焊缝区域的磁路中聚集,降低了四周扩散磁场对所述检测机构的干扰,保证了阵列涡流检测信号的稳定性,而且能够增大被检测焊缝区域的磁通密度,进一步磁化被检测焊缝区域,降低被检测焊缝区域的相对磁导率,能够极大的增加阵列涡流检测信号的检测深度,从而可以检测出焊缝深处的裂纹。
